About

I’m a psychoeducator, yoga teacher, and author.

I live between the Mediterranean in the summer, and the Canary Islands in the winter. The rest of the time, I call a woodland cottage in Slovakia home. This rhythm inspires all that I create.

Island Coconook is my little corner of the world that feels like milk and cookies for the soul — where psychology and neuroscience meet the magic of everyday life, all bundled in good vibes.

Originally from Canada, I moved to the UK in 2017 to pursue my studies, and met my husband along the way. While we enjoyed London city life, we ultimately discovered that a softer, seasonal life aligned best with us.

In my free time, you’ll find me flowing through yoga, exploring the sea and mountains, tending to herbs and plants, or creating something cozy for my community.

I can’t wait to connect and share stories with you.
